CROSSFIT SCHEDULE

New to Crossfit? Join us for a FREE TWO WEEKS with our Crossfit Thrive Foundations Course. This 6-day course covers the fundamentals needed to be proficient and safe at Crossfit. In the course we cover the nine fundamental movements of Crossfit as well as the basics of Olympic Weightlifting and some fundamental gymnastics. We also talk about nutrition and the best techniques to recover your body so you’re ready for the next day’s workout. After completing this course you will have the fundamentals you need to tackle our everyday workouts. This course begins every two weeks! To join our regular course you must complete this program first.

Monday and Thursday at 6:30PM and Saturday at 8:00AM

If you have been actively doing Crossfit for more than 3 months join our regular class for TWO WEEKS FREE (as long as your skills and technique are solid)! Crossfit Thrive reserves the right to have you take our foundations course if your skills are not conducive and safe.
