Well i practice in iron palm as well as fist. if you are a beginner i would suggest sand bags. then gradually work your way up to marbles. then the bearings. to construct it is pretty easy go to any hardware store look for empty sand bags. fill the bag with the content of your choosing. then use a zip-tie on the end.
