How is Stew Smith Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness?

I’m thinking about picking it up to prepare for BUD/S. Has anyone used it and how were the results?

I havent used that one specifically, but he is a former Navy SEAL, and knows what he’s talking about. I used his Army Ranger and Special Forces Workout and liked it. Alot of it is common sense, the hard part is just motivating yourself to do it and finding the time for a busy person. I’m not in SF or Rangers, I just used it to get into better shape for regular life.
